Appointments and cancellations.
In SOLE HEALTH we highly value everybody’s time. Please read our policies before making an appointment.
Aesthetics service reservation can be done upon request subject to availability. Please make sure to give a valid email, phone number, and form of ID. An appointment will be reserved with a nonrefundable $50 deposit prior to the service. The $50 deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service requested.
We have a 24 hrs. cancellation policy. Any no-show or cancellation within less than 24 hrs, leads us to be unable to fit someone else for the time you requested and, the $50 deposit won’t be refunded or used at any time for any future service, but will be applied for a cancellation fee. Arrival 20 minutes after the time requested for your service will be considered a Non-show and a cancellation fee will apply. If a gift card is used for service and a non-show happens the gift card or prepaid service will be used to cover the cancellation fee.
Gift cards and promotional services.
Any gift card must be used in 1 visit and will be valid only for the service specified, with no exchanges or refunds.
Read carefully when Gift Certificate or Promotional price service is available to be redeemed during promotion dates. Any dates outside of the specific written on the promotional price or gift cards won’t be able to be applied. Any Gift card used after the expiration date will be considered only to pay the price paid towards an aesthetics regular price service.
Gratuity is not included and 20% of the total regular price will be charged in any promotional price. Gratuity can be paid with cash or with a credit card.
Any purchased gift certificate will be completely lost on our system after 6 months of the purchase date.
We reserve the right to provide aesthetic service to anyone. Appointments are available upon request subject to availability.
Please bring a valid ID and fill up the proper forms. All forms must be completed before the treatment completion.
